Q1: What is the process for customizing glass bottles?

A1: We follow a clear, step-by-step process to bring your ideas to life. Simply send us your sample or drawing, and our design team will complete your design within 48 hours for confirmation. Once you approve the design, we’ll provide a quotation within 24 hours. If needed, a 3D sample can be created within 3 days for evaluation, followed by a physical sample within 10–15 days. Once you approve the final sample, we proceed to mass production, packaging, and delivery to ensure that your glass bottles meet every expectation.

Q2: What trade terms do you support?

A2: We support a wide range of trade terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDP. Additionally, we offer a value-added logistics comparison service to help you find reliable freight forwarders and minimize your shipping costs. 

Q3: Can I see some of your previous products?

A3: Of course. To help you evaluate our quality, we are happy to provide one sample free of charge for your inspection. The freight cost is paid by you on a collect basis. If you would like to request a sample, please contact us via the phone number below.

A4: We are proficient in a full range of glass bottle finishing processes, including polishing, engraving, painting, electroplating, and decal application. A5: Depending on your needs, we can provide relevant certificates such as Certificates of Origin, Product Quality Certificates, and others as required.

A6: Our factory is located in Chongqing, a major city in Southwest China. We offer flexible shipping options including express delivery, air freight, rail transport, and sea freight. Based on your location, we will carefully plan the most cost-effective and efficient shipping solution for you.
